1. Who we are

The Site is operated by a Czech limited liability company (s.r.o.) that is currently in formation. Its registered name, registration number and address will be published on this page once registration is complete.

2. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live, and only if viewing such material is legal where you are.

Do not let minors access the Site through your device or account. Parental-control tools can block the Site; it is labelled as adult content.

3. Everything on the Site is AI-generated

All images, videos and performers on the Site are 100% computer-generated with generative AI. No real person was filmed, photographed or depicted. The "digital performers" are fictional characters, all depicted as 18 or older.

Videos carry an AI-generated label in the player and a C2PA content credential embedded in the video file. See our 2257 and synthetic content statement at /2257.

4. Age verification and regional rules

Laws on access to adult content differ by country and, in the United States, by state. We determine your approximate location from your IP address (using a local IP database; your IP address is not sent to a third party for this) and apply the rule for that location:

• Some regions are blocked entirely. In those regions you can only see our legal pages and the report form.
• Some regions require third-party age verification before any explicit content is shown. Verification is performed by Didit, either by facial age estimation or by an identity document. In US states that require it, only document verification is accepted.
• In other regions you may confirm that you are an adult by self-declaration.
• If we cannot determine your location, we apply the strictest rule that still allows access (third-party verification).

5. VPNs and circumvention

You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to circumvent a regional block or an age-verification requirement that applies where you actually are. An age confirmation obtained in one region does not count after your location changes to a region with stricter rules. We may block access that we reasonably believe circumvents these rules.

6. Accounts

You can watch without an account. An account is optional and is used only to save your favorites and watch history. It consists of an email address and a password; there are no public profiles, nicknames or avatars. Logging in is separate from age verification.

Keep your password secret and use one you don't use elsewhere. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.

7. Paid features

Paid features (membership, custom orders, tips and coins) are not yet available, and we do not currently charge you for anything. Before any paid feature opens, we will publish the prices, the payment provider, and the billing, cancellation and refund terms in an updated version of these Terms.

8. What you may do with the content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the content on the Site for your own private, non-commercial viewing. You may not:

• download, record, copy, redistribute, publish or sell any content, except where the Site expressly offers a download;
• scrape, crawl or systematically collect content or data from the Site, or bypass our access controls, signed links or technical protections;
• reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Site;
• use the content to train or fine-tune AI models, or to create content depicting real people;
• remove or alter the AI-generated labels or content credentials.

9. Prohibited requests and conduct

The Site does not accept uploads, comments or public posts. Where the Site lets you choose or describe a scene (for example in custom orders once they open), you must not request or describe:

• any real person, including celebrities and private individuals, or anyone's photo, name or likeness ("looks like…");
• anyone under 18, anyone described as a child or with childlike characteristics, or any age below 18;
• non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, or any other content that is illegal where we operate or where you are.

10. Reporting content and takedown

Anyone can report content, without logging in, through the report page at /report or by email to bill@xxxmedusa.com. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and aim to resolve reports within 5 business days. Reports that content depicts a real person's face or likeness without consent are handled within 48 hours. Anything that may involve a minor is removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

Knowingly false reports may carry legal liability.

11. Changes, availability and suspension

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, including content and features. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. The Site is provided as it is and as available; we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law (for example for intentional misconduct or gross negligence). Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or of the Czech Republic.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version number and date at the top of this page show which version applies. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you on the Site before it takes effect. If you keep using the Site after the change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.
