1. All content is computer-generated

All visual content on this site is generated by XXX MEDUSA using its own generative models. No real person took part in filming or performing, or is depicted. There are therefore no human performers of "actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and this site is not subject to those record-keeping requirements.

2. Digital performers

The "digital performers" on this site are fictional, synthetic characters. They do not correspond to, are not based on and do not imitate any real person. Each digital performer has its own synthetic content statement (see the "About" tab on each performer page). All digital performers are depicted as 18 or older.

3. No real-person likenesses

This site does not accept, process or generate any content based on a real person's photo, likeness, name or a "looks like…" description. There is no upload feature.

4. Content labelling

The player always shows an "AI-generated" label in the corner, and performer pages carry a "100% synthetic" badge.

5. Removal requests

If you believe any content infringes your rights or depicts a real person, please submit it through the report page (no login needed). We confirm receipt within 1 business day and close the case within 5 business days. Reports of "this is my face / used without consent" are handled within 48 hours. Anything involving a minor is taken down immediately and reported. Our reply includes the content's generation parameters as evidence that it is synthetic.
